ZF Factory V6 RM035-02 Rafael Nadal Limited Edition Forged Carbon

ZF Factory has once again stunned the watch industry, marking a new milestone with the official launch of the RM35-02!

• Case: The watch is made from high-tech TPT (Quartz Fiber) material, with dimensions of 49.94 x 44.5mm. The case is composed of silicon dioxide fiber layers, each less than 45μm thick. These layers are woven together with special resin fibers using an automated control system, with the fibers crisscrossed at 45-degree angles. After being heated to 120°C in a three-stage high-temperature furnace, the layers are sent to ProArt for molding. The natural quartz fibers are white, lightweight, and possess incredible impact resistance, UV protection, and are hypoallergenic.
• Movement: The watch is powered by the newly developed Calibre RMAL1 integrated movement. The base plate and bridges are made from grade 5 titanium using sandblasting, and treated with PVD/Titaly to ensure maximum rigidity and a smooth surface. The distinctive variable-geometry rotor allows for faster or slower winding by adjusting six different winglets. The oscillating balance wheel vibrates at 28,800 VPH, equipped with a double barrel system to provide greater and more stable torque, with a 55-hour power reserve.

The newly released RMAL1 integrated movement by ZF Factory is the only one on the market with genuine sapphire jewels used above and below the balance wheel on the integrated base. This is a major leap in ZF’s development, setting it apart from other manufacturers that use pasted-on jewels!
