All functions mirror the original, featuring a power reserve indicator at 10 o’clock, a date and moon phase at 7 o’clock, and a small seconds sub-dial at 4 o’clock. The dial retains the horizontal embossed pattern with luminous markers, and the watch measures 40mm in diameter. Made from 316L stainless steel with gold plating and a sapphire crystal. The 5722 and 5724 models are adorned with Moissanite diamonds, offering a brilliant and transparent sparkle, exuding exceptional elegance. This timepiece closely resembles the original within the current technological limitations, making it suitable for any occasion.

Today, we bring you a review of a custom-designed Patek Philippe Nautilus 5722, a post-market diamond-set version from ZF or PPF. The official model number is Patek Philippe Nautilus 5722G-001.

Among the Patek Philippe Nautilus series, the most famous are the 5711 and 5712 models. The 5711 is often referred to as the “Steel King,” while the 5712 is known as the “Dominant Executive.” The 5724 or 5722 models are diamond-set versions, with the same movement and functions as the original, differing only in the dial color or the presence of diamonds on the bezel.

The dial is custom-made, and for these diamond-set versions, the markers are replaced with diamond indices. The bezel is adorned with 50 high-quality Moissanite stones, showcasing excellent brightness and clarity. This adds a unique flair to the bold and square dial, with lively hour markers providing a dynamic time-reading experience, enhancing the beauty of this classic design.

Although Moissanite cannot be compared to genuine South African diamonds, it outshines crystal and zircon in terms of brightness and fire in everyday wear. Each Moissanite stone is meticulously cut and polished, arranged perfectly around the bezel.
