The 330SC is a newly updated movement, representing a major technological breakthrough for PPF and an upgraded version of the 324 movement.

1. Integrated Design: In the new 330 movement, Patek Philippe has integrated all components into a single module. The balance wheel, gears, and hairspring have all been upgraded. The mainplate features pinnacle craftsmanship, with all markings laser-engraved. The bridges are polished with Geneva stripes and adorned with fish scale patterns, enhancing the overall aesthetic and luxury feel.

2. Rotor Improvements: The automatic rotor in the 330 movement has been redesigned with a smoother crescent shape. Additionally, a ruby bearing has been added to the locking mechanism of the rotor’s central axis (replacing the previous screw system), offering greater security.

3. Transmission Wheel Upgrade: A key technical advancement in the 330 movement is the addition of a functional transmission wheel (replacing the former decorative silver wheel with a real gold wheel). This perfect 4-stage acceleration system??from the mainspring, third wheel, fourth wheel, to the escape wheel??stabilizes torque during the gradual acceleration process and improves power transmission efficiency.
