Unlike the previous “No Time to Die” model, this special edition does not have an aged effect. However, the wave pattern on the dial resembles the style of the original Seamaster 300 series, giving it a bit of a tribute feel.

Overall, the craftsmanship is on par with the previous “No Time to Die” from VS Factory, featuring the same sapphire crystal bubble dome.

• Dial Details: The blue wave-patterned dial matches the original design, with minimal color difference. The hour and minute hands are finely polished without any roughness, and the second hand features a retro “lollipop” style, commonly used in Omega’s vintage-inspired Seamaster 300 series.
• Bezel: Like the original, the bezel is made of aluminum. The 12 o’clock triangle has been replaced with the number “60,” marking the 60th anniversary of James Bond’s debut on the big screen.
• The bezel markers are filled with luminous material, offering sharp lume effects, and the two-tone lume design is in sync with the original.
• Size and Build: The VS Factory James Bond 60th Anniversary Edition measures 41.9mm by 13.9mm and weighs 148.7 grams, with dimensions nearly identical to the original.
• The case is made of 316L stainless steel, with smooth lines and refined brushing. The crown at the upper left on the original serves as a helium escape valve, but on the VS Factory version, it can be unscrewed but has no real function.
• On the right side, the crown features a raised Omega logo. The blue part is a protective film, which can be removed once you receive the watch. Like the original, pulling out the crown allows you to adjust the time.
• Case Back: The case back has a transparent design secured by seven screws. Since this is the 60th anniversary model, it features the number “60” on the back. The sapphire crystal also has a swirl pattern and a James Bond figure. On the original, the figure moves as part of a two-layer mechanism linked to the second hand with a 4-frame animation. In contrast, VS Factory has printed the figure directly onto the case back as a fixed image.
• Movement: VS Factory uses the Seagull 2824 movement, modified to resemble the 8806 movement. The accuracy is around 90%, with a black balance wheel and screws mimicking the original. Since its release in 2018, this movement has been notably stable, much more reliable than the highly modified 8806 movement found on the market. This stability is one reason for the fewer after-sales issues with VS Factory watches.
• Bracelet: The watch comes with a Milanese mesh bracelet made of 316L stainless steel, with a double-push folding clasp. The overall craftsmanship is excellent, with one minor flaw??the end link. VS Factory uses the end link from the “No Time to Die” MK1 version, which differs from the elongated version found on the original newer model. Hopefully, VS Factory will upgrade this in the future.

Overall, the VS Factory James Bond 60th Anniversary Edition offers solid craftsmanship, though it falls short in two areas: the bracelet end link and the fixed Bond figure on the case back. While these details don??t make the watch an obvious fake, it’s important to be aware of these differences when purchasing.
